We have gotten many requests for bottom channels for the 68-72 A-Body and have made some on a limited basis because there are already trunk filler panels available for many of them. Even so, many have valid reasons why they don't care to change the entire trunk filler panel so we have decided to add the bottom channels for the Buick and Pontiac A-Body to our standard line of rear window channels. Belden Speed & Engineering is now manufacturing upper and lower trunk gutter repair channels formed to fit your 1968 - 1972 Chevelle and 1970 - 1972 Monte Carlo.  The side channels are currently available from a number of sources, but Belden Speed & Engineering is the only manufacturer making them for repairing your upper and lower gutters.  Form from 20 gauge CRS and manufactured in-house in the USA, our trunk gutter repair channels are formed to the factory contours.  They are a good alternative if the trunk lip is rusted, or the vertical wall.  They come with installation instructions and are in either the upper # 6872-UTGCHL, or lower # 6872-LTGCHL set.  To see the technical details and pricing CLICK HERE and scroll down to see them.

1970 Chevelle Rear Window Rust Repaired With Belden Speed & Engineering Factory-Fit Patch Panels!

Our window repair channels and patches are designed to fit your A-Body, F-Body or X-Body with minimal hassle and post-installation bodywork. We recently received some photos of an installation of a full rear set of channels and bottom quarter corners by Alfredo Ruiz on his 1970 Chevelle. 


He did a great job and as you can see from the photos there will be very little filler required for a seamless fit. 1968 -1972 Buick Skylark and GS Rear Window Bottom Channels Now Available!

Over the past few months we have had a number of requests for the bottom rear window channels for the 1968-72 Buick A-Body (Skylark/GS). We have made a number of them in the past, but we typically don't tool up for bottom rear window channels because of the availability of good-quality trunk filler panels. Well this really isn't the case for the Buick A-Body and the popularity of this car for restorers is gaining. So we have tooled up and have added the bottom channel to our line for the Buick. So we now can supply a complete rear window replacement channel set along with bottom corner quarter patches. 1968 Plymouth Road Runner Rear Window Channel Rust Solved!

While our rust repair products have been focused on GM A, F & X Body platforms, we do custom fabrications for other muscle cars that interest us and today we shipped a set of rear window channels for a 1968 Plymouth Road Runner. The rear glass is tricky due to its unique contours at the top of the glass. It was a challenge for sure, but our fab shop was up to the task! We hope to show you the installation photos in the near future, so stay tuned.

Belden Speed & Engineering has launched a line of windshield rust repair channels for the 1968 - 1974 Nova, Ventura & Apollo GM X-Body cars.  Manufactured in the USA from 18 gauge CRS, OUR channels address rust in the top roof channels as well as the A-Pillars.  They come pre-primed with etch-weld primer and have plug weld holes in the top channels for quick and easy installation.  All of our rust repair channels and patches come with step=by-step, easy to follow installation instructions and tips.
